I Richard Stamper has bought milk on several occasions where either the milk was out dated or either soured within a few days I am a caregiver for my 92 year old Mother and almost gave her some soured milk I feel that the prices of milk is way to high as well as for the middle class as well as the poor in my neiborhood we don’t have a grocery store so we are paying double at the corner stores and not by choice
