It looks like it might have been meant for Flagship members, but is currently open to everyone. From the Amazon reviews and table of contents, Elements of Investing is targeted at investing beginners, intended to provide a brief overview of basic investment principles like diversification and focusing on the long-term. Winning the Loser’s game by Ellis was a great book as well. He is extremely well respected in the institutional investment community.
