PineCone Research remains one of the better paying and reliable survey companies, with a payout of $3 for each 15-20 minute online survey. The hardest part is getting accepted, as they only accept applications intermittently.
Here is an updated application link at Pinecone. (It probably won’t last long.) Looks open to all ages and sexes. Only one person per household can sign up. Thanks to reader Elena for the link.
I shared my thoughts on Pinecone and paid surveys in general here. I call them Bored Money – not terribly efficient but you can do it at your leisure and occassionally get to try some neat things.
The three survey sites that I have been most active with besides Pinecone are NFO MySurvey, e-Rewards, and SurveySavvy. I like it them because they consistently offer me paid survey opportunities, they pay upon request reliably (important!), and they don’t mind if I don’t do every single survey offered.
Too bad they’ve been shifting from $3 to a drawing as a reward.
I signed up, and was accepted, months ago. Haven’t seen a single thing since.
Did you fill out all the initial surveys, Andy? Might send them a note, once you get started, the surveys are pretty regular.
“It’s easy and fun to see and evaluate new product ideas in the comfort of your own home AND get paid $3 PLUS be automatically entered a bi-weekly Sweepstakes to win additional cash prizes for your time. ”
I haven’t noticed this. Seems like you get both?
Johnny………..actually they shifted from giving $5/per survey to $3/per survey. Some surveys are ONLY for the sweepstakes thouugh.
I haven’t gotten paid for the last two surveys I did.
I would email them back and see what is going on. As I said, some survey are “paid” ones, others just enter you into a “sweepstakes”.
I thought Pinecone paid you in advance for doing the surveys. The check comes in the mail along with the survey info. Not a free lunch though, as if you just cash the check and don’t do the survey, you won’t get any more surveys.
Pinecone is a good one, I received about 2-4 per month.
Does anyone recall having to give out Social Security Number, is there a reason for that? How safe is it to give out to Pinecone?
Jonathan – nobody ever pays you in advance online.
Blogger – thanks for posting the link! It still works. 🙂
FYI you only get paid for the surveys with product pictures!!
